We are really well versed in running amazing hens parties, in Perth we host over 150 a year in our land venues and on our function boats, in Bali you can expect the same signature good time vibes but spread over several days and in your own Rockstar tropical hide-away!

Package Inclusion:

• Accommodation for up to 26 guests in 7 double bedrooms, 4 roll out beds and a bunk dorm with 8 beds
• Return airport transfers for all guests *Note: One flight time return transport provided. Other flight times are chargeable
• A refreshing cold towel and iced melon juice drink upon arrival, and a selection of fresh tropical fruits
• Daily cleaning and turn down services, full staff including night security
• Daily continental or Asian/American breakfast for all guests
• 1 Private minivan and driver/guide on call for your personal use (8hrs during the day, evening use at guests additional expense)
• Stable, high speed Wi-Fi throughout the compound
• A 2 hour Spa treatment at nearby Indah Spa or on-site at Colony
• Our Main Event signature Tropical Villa Party, with cocktail barman, 2 x waiters, and a show

• Private mini bus and free entry after your villa party into one of our best local bars or beach clubs with VIP service

Food and drink

Heavy hitters in the cocktail department? Order extra bottles of spirits at $75 each. For evening chef service we provide a cost efficient way of dining in style at the villa – our in house chef and food staff will source the freshest ingredients at your cost price and prepare and serve for you from $30 per sitting for up to 14 guests and $50 per sitting for up to 26 guests. From casual canapes and cocktail style to full banquets and suckling pigs, we will have your food requirements covered!

TIP: Get every guest to bring a bottle of spirits from duty free, it will save you some money!

Entertainment, photography and videographers

We can provide highly experienced local or western DJ’s, bands, and performance artists, photographers and video crew to make sure your celebration goes off with a bang and is recorded perfectly for those amazing memories to last a lifetime

If you don’t need a DJ just plug your phone, USB or ipad into our JBL in-house sound system and you’re good to go, or we can provide the soundtrack for an awesome hens party for you.

Other activities

From white water rafting, horse-riding, pamper spa sessions, cooking lessons, boat parties and Beach Club Crawls and shopping trips, day trips to Ubud and the southern beaches, we can help you organise and do as much or as little as you want to on your Tropical Hens Getaway.

We organise all external activities at cost price, no mark up or added expense to our guests at any time!

Local community Banjar fee

A fee is payable for large/noisy events held at any Villa in Bali and is a form of community contribution, it is usually only applicable for gatherings above 20 guests, the fee is normally in the vicinity of $100 and will be confirmed if applicable once the guest list is finalised

What we can’t do

Our bungalows are AlangAlang covered (thatched roof), subsequently exposed flame sources (except for candles), fire-shows, floating lanterns and fireworks cannot be used at the property.

Amplified music has an 1130pm cut-off time, event time can be extended provided music sound levels are maintained at background levels.  Additional staff costs may apply.
